Yeah, when the iPhone gets an adult sized touch screen, I'll consider it. Until then, it's just the cutest of the bunch. I would love for my android phone to last more than 5 hours if I have to use navigation, or want to listen to pandora for an hour.

No it's not nearly as bad as it was, actually some pretty cool stuff on there now. There still aren't as many as Apple or Android, but been closing the gap considerably this year....I believe somewhere around 150K apps right now, compared to around 250K with Android, and 500K+ with Apple....although probably 1/3-1/2 of what's on Apple's store is a bunch of garbage.

The upcoming WinPhone 8 OS should be changing the game considerably, though.

This is a good article on the subject...it's several months old, but it's theory on the Win8 dev side is now a reality....Win8 and WinPhone8 both just now releasing.

Hardly. I've bought one apple product in my entire life, and it was over three years ago: iPhone 3GS and I'm still using it today to type this reply. Best $300 I've ever spent......except that weekend in Tijuana.

But I'm a simple chap, and I don't need the newest "look how tech savy I am" gadget on the market. I'll upgrade when the capability to expand the screen size is available. I want a phone that in seconds can be used as a 50" television. Until then, I'll keep my "cute" little screen that still fits in my pocket.

3Gs for me too. By far the most durable phone I've ever had. May be some phones with more bells and whistles but not a big enough upgrade to leave this one behind. 3 years and still workin' like a champ!

X3, but then again, I wouldn't buy an iPhone in the first place. I like customization and not being locked into the Apple eco system to much.
