Can you post a close up picture of the wheel ? If it were mine, I would paint the rivets/bolts/whatever they are, but that's what I do. I have some flattening agent that mixes in with my striping paint to make the paint flat.

If you do decide to paint the rivets, I would use the plasti-dip. At least this way you cam remove any mistakes that may occur. Dig your ride and the all black wheels.
