Anyone that's ever ridden a sport bike that has two headlights, but only one lights up on 'low' has been told countless times "hey man, you've got a headlight out!".

I once had a DPS hag that wouldn't let us do a motorcycle rider test because the bike had a headlight out. No amount of talking would convince her that the bike came from the factory with only one headlight when on low, but both when on high.
