I switched over to the Bakflip Fibermax on our f150's. Really like them a lot.

I ended up with a Bakflip on mine and I really like it so far.
I located a local guy that buys/sells all of the scratch and dent stuff from 4-Wheel Parts....he had a brand new Bakflip G2 still in the box for $400. It only has a tiny ding on one side that is under one of the rubber seals...I honestly probably wouldn't even have noticed it (at least for a while) had I bought it new at full price.
The cheapest I had found one new was $750.70' Chevelle RagTop

It's seems like with the bakflip that when flipped, it would completely block your rear view. I've looked at the roll/flex type that seem to still allow the top 2/3 of your rear view.
Didn't Dr Dave or someone have one of those?sigpic18 F150 Supercrew - daily

Well, I've owned both the Undercover and BedRug for a bit more than a year and a half and frankly I'm very very please with both. The BedRug still has a snug fit and has easily kept up with light to medium beating I have put on it. The heaviest thing I've carried is a crated toolbox from Harbor Freight.
Beyond that I have carried lumber, landscaping supplies (trees, bagged dirt and mulch, etc) an a crap load of various crap. I have also carried items through rain storms and found them bone dry. The only moisture that got in was when water slides towards the rear of the truck under acceleration and pours out the back rails. IMO the manufacturer should put some caps on the rear so water can only go through front drain holes. Most of the water, however, ends up coming out the rear tailgate. Not a big deal to me.
One thing I've been meaning to do is to pull back the bed rug and see how the bed is fairing underneath. I've always figured that if it is too scratched up I can always put a rhinoliner/linex coating on it then reinstall the bedrug.
Here is how it looks today. Please excuse the dirty truck...

I'm thinking I'll probably go back and get those b/c I don't care much for the factory FX4 running boards. I'd like to have none on it at all, but my gimpy old Dad rides around with me quite a bit, and there's no way he could get in/out otherwise.70' Chevelle RagTop
