August 19, 2012 at 8:48 AM ET - Police say a Vancouver man currently in the Clark County Jail allegedly fired a 9-mm pistol out the driver's side window of a stolen car and posted a video of the incident on YouTube.

Ronnie "Ron Gotti" Michael Wynn, 23, was arrested by Vancouver police in July after crashing an allegedly stolen car near Northeast 62nd Avenue and state Highway 500, said police spokeswoman Kim Kapp.

Police arrested him on suspicion of being in possession of a stolen vehicle and outstanding superior and district court warrants. Charges of second-degree possession of stolen property, driving while license suspended, making false statements and hit-and-run, property damage were referred to prosecutors, Kapp said.

While in jail, Wynn was also accused of residential burglary, second-degree theft, two counts of theft of a firearm, three counts of trafficking stolen property, forgery, second-degree identity theft, financial fraud and three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm in connection with an unrelated case.
According to court documents, Wynn unlawfully entered his uncle's home through a doggie door and stole a Ruger pistol, an assault rife, an Airsoft HK assault rifle replica, a wristwatch and checks. He then sold the firearms for cash, drugs and other property — including a game console and 9-mm pistol, the documents said. Wynn's uncle reported the crime on July 2 after being out of town for several weeks, Kapp said.

Police found a video on Wynn's Facebook page that showed the man in the front passenger seat with a handgun on the floor between his feet. In the video he said he got the handgun after selling his uncle's firearms, police said.

Another video was found on YouTube that police say shows Wynn in possession of his uncle's Ruger and Airsoft rifle. During the video Wynn can be seen holding a gun while driving a Chevrolet sedan. At one point he appears to shoot the gun out the window.
