Nay Nay & Adam posted this first one on facebook over the weekend. This dude was homeless, and went on the Opie & Anthony show for a homeless radio bit. While in studio, he mentions he can sing and play guitar. They didn't buy it, so they grabbed a guitar and turned him loose. The show posted the video to Youtube, and it went viral. The guy ended up getting a record deal, and getting sober. He has a self titled album out (Daniel Mustard EP), you can buy it on his website, or on iTunes for $5. His second album is due out this summer.

Probably a licensing/copyright deal. You can't pay for the rights to the song when you're selling albums for $5, I'd imagine. All the songs on his album are his originals, I believe.
