You have too cook the meat, possibly shred it, then grind it.
You have to make the masa and roll it through a little tool that flattens it on the husk.
You have to stuff the husk with meat, and then have it rolled, then you still have to steam it.
It seems easy until you realize you are doing all that to about 40-50 dozen just to make the whole process worth while.
Fyi, i hate tamales.
