    Couldn't tell what was on the trailer but it looks like it was a sketchy ordeal...

        It's a scissor lift. Those things are a lot heavier than they appear. Probably didn't strap it down correctly. I can't tell if that's a HD truck or just a 1/2 ton and that probably didn't help if it was.

              Those scissor lifts can weigh as much or more than an average car. I bet he didn't have it loaded right, it started swaying on him, and he didn't know how to regain control.

                    I dont think it would still be attached to the trailer if it wasn't properly chained down.
