The second video, maybe 140ish. and the first video he was more in the 120 range.

My expert YouTube watching speed calibration app says so.
Look at the opening frame shown above, you can see the digital speedo, and it shows 180mph. Watch it again, and watch the speedo. It is plausible that they are both sprocketed, and aren't running a speedo healer, but I don't think theyd be boasting about the seep if that were the case.

Watch any one of the plethora of highway races that run to 130-150, and pay attention to the lane stripes. I think these guys are very likely going that fast.

As jammeejamm pointed out, even the stock sprockets and speed could be showing high, but my R6 was pretty dead on at 130, verified by GPS.

fastest i ever went on the r6 was 165.

120 felt like nothing 165 the balls tucked in a little bit.

I never got the chance to go that fast, I went -2 +3 early on, and coudn't go much faster than 135 ish.

Pretty quick off the light, and getting on the highway, for a measly 600cc.

That was nowhere near 186. There are only a few bikes capable of 186 and they would be wound up very high into the rpm range. Not only that but the sound is much louder too. It'd sound like you were inside a tornado.

100mph+ winds into the camera's mic will cause an exhaust drowning tornado every time. Both bikes were at redline.

Here is a trooper verified 150mph, this doesn't look near as fast as the other two.

Mine's an '06S, so same thing. M4 slip on, sprockets, filter, programmer, and cosmetic mods. It is lite and quicker than stock, but I still wish I had gotten the R1 back in '06. I never ride it anymore, and need to sell though, so no upgrade for me.

I wanted the r1 but glad I didn't get it. I would have wrecked that thing.

I've banged the 160-170 area and everytime i think back on it it was the best adrenaline rush/stupidest thing i've ever done I pegged rev-limiter on a 1998 TL100R (supposed to be 168 +2-2).. It was almost orgasmic when i finally slowed down (635/tollway on friday night 8pmish).. Motorcycles are my ultimate passion yet i have no respect for them.. The only way i would own another fast bike is if my son and wife werent alive anymore.. Then i would build a turbo bike and ride it til the adrenaline went away and everything else along with it.. adios

on the lighter side, I might buy a v-rod and be soo fucking slow i wont even attempt to be a bad-ass
                        "PSH!!!"
