        Absolutely fantastic.
People showing that kind of respect is what still makes me proud to be an American.
Anytime I have the chance, I will gladly listen to anything these world savers are willing to share. These are men (and women) that are cut from a different cloth. We could do ourselves a favor to live by their examples.
Having an iPod that won't sync correctly, or the cable tv being out don't seem like a big deal when you think that for close to 4 years, these treasures of America went without things like gasoline, anything rubber, meat, various other grocery items, and so many other things...so that the "boys overseas" would have plenty of whatever they needed to defeat the axis. Sitting around the radio, listening intently each evening for news from the front, and hoping that your news didn't come via Western Union.
It really puts things into perspective.

Thank a WWII vet, it's the VERY least you can do.

I noticed the black woman shaking the hands of the vets.

Funny, about 99.9 and 9/10th's and 15/16's and 106/23rd's of DC's population calls it National airport. I called it by its proper name while working in DC and was hastily "corrected" by three different co-workers. Damn fine video.
