    Very nice!

I like but eww on long bed... The Vintage kits are very well made, I have one on the Stang and it will freeze you to death, rivals many new cars.

67-72 is the only year long beds are "preferred" or "socially acceptable" on these trucks.. if you're using it as a real truck then a long bed is the only way to go.. i cant even fit a bicycle standing straight up in my supercrew with the tailgate up.. fuck that noise

However be sure to check these guys out too....I've seen some of their kits and spoken with them many times....quality stuff at real competitive prices, and the added bonus that they are local to the DFW area if you run into any issues with your installation and/or down the road.

What Jason said. I used an Old Air a/c system in my '66 and it damn near installed itself, it was so easy. ANDDDDDDD, on our trip to Austin for the Round Up back in April, it was blowing 28 degree air.

We've put several of the Old Air units in various vehicles over the years and they have all worked pretty well. I'll be buying one from them in the near future for my current project.

Nice truck. Reminds me of my grandads 71 GMC two tone green and white. I learned how to use a "three on the tree" in that truck when I was 11 hauling hay. I was too small to lift the bales over the truck, but he said you can drive the truck and taught me how.

Thanks for the compliments guys. And as far as the air goes, I already ordered the vintage air kit. I was so damn hot when I got back in town, lol. Hopefully I'm not disappointed in it. From what I've heard I don't think that I will be. And that's good to know that the vintage air kit rivals new cars, cause the stock blower motor doesn't move shit for air, lol.

And as far as the long bed goes, I actually like the look of the long bed better than the short bed on this model. Not sure why, but I do. And it is definitely more functional than the short bed version.

                      Love it!

If it werent for the modern comfort features of modern cars, I would drive a 60's model pickup everywhere.

Its sharp... I had a 68 I think, 3 on the tree with working overdrive in high school. Can't remember engine size but it was a 301 or something similar and uncommon.

Nice truck but if I was gonna daily it I would need air too. LOL. I woulod also throw a 700R4 or a Gearvenders overdrive in it. Poor motor must be at 3200 rpm at highway speeds.
