as someone that owned one, the color drives the price on these cars, I have seen better deals on SW z on corvetteforum in the past few months, this car doesn't really fit my taste for the money, but I have no doubt it will bring over 30k

Well said. Sometimes people get wrapped up in some shitty common color cars sellin for crackpipe prices, doesn't determine the entire collector market for a rare low mile car such as this one.

Supras are the same way. A low mile Imperial Jade or Royal Saphire car is worth 1.5-2.5 x what a higher mile black or red one is of a similar year.

        352.

Doesn't really matter though considering how extensively it has been modified. "Never raced" my ass. The bad thing about built cars like this is you never know what kind of driver mod it had. Was it taken care of, or did some rich dipshit pay to have it built and rag on it like a teenager with a chubby.

For a "weekend toy" at that price, I'd much rather have a c6z.

precisely. It's value as a white z06 is in stock form. This one has been ruined. It's just another modified z06 to me. And contrary to popular belief (which has been expressed in this thread) finding low mileage corvettes is extremely easy.

if your really looking for a good deal on a rare C5, there is a really nice Nassau blue FRC for sale in Florida for 17k.

Much better value than this car. PM if you want more details

              That's my favorite C5 color.
