The best defense I have is for Robert to become the boy's best friend since girls quickly tire of the dudes her parents like.

Usually I'll have a buddy of mine with me and it will start out with something like, "Hey, remember that dude your daughter was dating that we took to the river that night? That poor kid was screaming like a baby. At first I thought he was just scared all tied up in the trunk, but then you said it might be the fumes from the exhaust. That poor son of a bitch wet his pants when you pulled out that knife. He thought for sure you was gonna cut his dick off or something. Shit! That wasnt near as bad when you told him to drop to his knees." You just get someone to play it with ya. Next thing you know, they will be balling. But you have to be all out serious. Nothing over the top. This has worked for me every time.

There was another guy that my daughter brought home from school on day to meet me. When she brought him in, I told him to sit his ass on the couch and I'd be right back. I came back into the den with my shot gun, looked him square in the eyes and siad, "do you understand?" He says with a shaky voice, "yes sir." I put the gun back up and we shook hands...with a very stirn grip. He never came back.
