Just purchased my 7 year old a Redline Proline Expert. He was needing a bigger bike so we decided to splurge. He put in his 126.00 and I footed the rest. The original deal was, I was gonna match what money he put in for a bike, but ultimately he hustled me into throwing way more in. This sucker cost more than his Yamaha 50cc dirt bike that he never rides , but I figure he'll get more use out of the BMX. Only shitty part is the overtime I'll have to work to fund his dream bike.

Congrats to your son on the hustle!
Street tires, to me, does not = BMX...
And there is no way I'm paying $500 for a bike that won't do any more than a $200 bike will..."Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson, 1776

If My people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
