That Rhino wasn't no joke. He was throwing around that 2000 pound buffalo like it was nothing.
I think the other buffalo's were jumping on that one cause they thought they were next and were trying to buddy up to the Rhino.

I'm pretty sure the buffalo gettin his ass kicked was the alpha male of the herd. The other buffalo started attacking him once they saw their chance to become the new chief. Usually the toughest male in a herd is the leader. So the others saw their chance to get the toughest male out of the way, and took it. Now one of them can try their luck at being the big man on campus.
