The guy who threw the stone is Maxim A. 22yrs from Orel, Russia - petty thief and drug dealer. He is now charged with 3 criminal counts including aggravated intentional assault causing death and drug possession. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
The taller, bigger one is 26yr old Oleg Ch. Is not facing any charges as the woman who he booted in the face forgave him. The court followed her decision and did not proceed.
