That dumb mutherfucker on the ground needed a severe ass kicking. However the entire thing looked unsafe. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what they were trying to do. It looks like they were finished with the job at hand and were lowering the cable. That makes me wonder why the either didn't use the hook release or didn't have one to begin with. Getting anywhere near wires is a big fuckin' no no.Comment
