This is a friend who until recently was also one of my-coworkers...first time out in a new car earlier this month. He used to be a driver with the Baja Hooters team, but branched off and bought his own ride this year.
They got first in their class and 3rd overall....not bad at all for 1st race in a new car. His co-driver used to post on the Canada site too...Wisher-something or other (old friend of Turbostang)....
He's invited me to go a few times...I think I really need to make one of these events this year.
