Picked up a 21ft Car Trailer

    Picked up a 21ft Car Trailer

    But have a question, If you see in the pic there is right at 18ft between the trailer axles & my rear axle & gonna be hauling a F-Body around on it.I noticed that is bounces pretty bad (OF COURSE IT WAS EMPTY) Im just concerned with a car on it will it Bounce & also worried about that much weight on the front of the trailer with a car facing foward & the heaviest part of the car being the motor & most of the weight of the car on that tounge?

    Suggestion or concerns givin the above info?

      You bought a modified boat trailer. That is no car hauler your missing a lot of reinforcing steel.

        There is metal bracing under it that was added, Paid 1500 for it

          Not to piss in your cheerios. Your still missing a lot of structure steel. Will it haul a mustang sure would I put 6000 lbs on it no.

            Thats kinda of my thinking. I figured I would need to put another $300 in to it. Just hoping I can reinforce it structurely & stay in my $1850 Budget

              Always back the car onto the trailer with the engine centered over the axles, That should solve any problems with weight.
