Coupe progress pics.

Many of you know I have a 91 red/black trim coupe that ive been working on for a while now. For the longest of time I didn't do much on the way it looked until now. A lot of you don't like me, or just give me shit but a few others have mention intrestest in the build progress. So here's what I got so far;*

Started off as this, 100% stock minus the 5spd swap. Picked it up for $3500. My dream car since I can remember was always a fox coupe. Finally got it when I was 19.


Did 5 lug swap and some ronal r9s on;


Didn't like that so I went back to 4lug and got drag lutes;


Sold the draglites to pay for rebuilt t5, went back to ponies and tinted the windows;


Waxed for the first time;


It snowed and I played and I paid the ultimate price;


I drove like an idiot and payed an even bigger price;


Got it fixed;*



Got new headlights;

Finally painted the window trim!;


Finally found a fender that would work perfect;




2inch drop and the current state of how she sits today;





Near future plans for the car;

Get the front bumper replaced and painted, I have a new front cover just needs paint. Paint the rear bumper cover.*

Future plans;

Fix the passenger side qtr panel damage, new trunk lid, get the dings out and a fresh paint job, replace all the emblems to new stock, replace the chrome lock cylinders with black or paint them, replace the door sail strips, window molding and paint the windshield and rear glass moldings, with deep dish chrome ponies. Oh and weld 2.5 inch tips on.*

Its far from pretty but it's a fun work in progress.

A lot of guys give you shit, but it's a nice car. Nothing wrong with getting your dream car and fixing it up. Probably worth more now than when you bought it, provided you don't try to sell it here.

X2. I think the rear should be lowered just a little more. The car looks way better now though with your improvements.

Thanks for all the replies, the rear does sit a little high and I'll take care of that soon. My priority right now is the bumper covers. From there I am going to get the torque boxes welded, re-due the entire rear end with 31 spline, upper and lower control arms. Install my tubular k member, new rack and pinion tie rods and steering collum.

I'm also in the progress of a h/c/I swap which hopefully is done within the month, brodix heads, Anderson cam, systemax and full bolt ons. Hoping for 300+rwhp.

It's all coming together quick.

Michael has done a pretty amazing job. He also forgot to give me credit on helping him with a few things like put in a new transmission , paint , etc... I may be a girl but he's taught me a lot and I'm still learning. Its been pretty awesome watching it transform over the past 2 years.

Oh and thanks for the compliment Mr.sosoe but Michael's the only one who sees me. So give me sme respect please.
