Lifted my Ecoboost today

Bad ass. I'm not a fan of side steps, but other than that it's awesome. I got a similar lift on my Ram a couple of years ago, and haven't had any regrets. Looks much better now imo.

Let us know how bad it kills your gas mileage. I've researched lifting the ecoboost and they claim it's extremely hard on the powersteering pumps. Seems alot of lifted trucks are blowing out pumps only after a couple of months. I think the only thing I will do to mine is level the front and maybe run a 315 tire.

It has electric power steering. And with the superchips tuner, it should get around the same mpg according to other owners with lifted ecoboosts. I was getting 18 city/ 24 highway. We will see.
