Weld the torque boxes, some Steeda upper/lowers and 4 cylinder springs from a convertible.

Well, it appears to be a '63 Split with a little Pontiac, Edsel and '59 Chevy thrown in for "good" measure. For some reason, I can't not like this one. Really want to see a side shot though.
