71 Mustang. Nice car I bought for $1800 in 1973. It was bone stock when I got it. 4 speed top loader with a 9" posi. Closed chamber 351 Cleveland motor. The gas crunch was on.

There's no reason that those cars should be found attractive, but goddamn that is wicked. I blame Gone in 60 Seconds sans Nick Cage for my lusting after the giant, unwieldy, slow late first-gens.

I blame Marked for Death. There is a local guy that has a 71 Mach 1 and that is one huge mustang. Makes my old 70 cougar look small.
