One of these would be a cool little project, especially with a turbo boxer four at around 2000lbs. Saw them up close at SEMA. THAT panel fitment is just awful though, wonder if you poured enough hours into it if you could get the seams and gaps tighter?

Factory Five 818. Very cool little car, and after some more looking online it looks like some have been built to a higher level of quality than the one pictured above.

1800lbs with a Subaru WRX Sti drivetrain, it would be fun no doubt.

Looks like the kit for the coupe is $12k and you can find a salvage STI of a couple grand. So for $15k you could have a pretty fun little car.
