Check it out, doesn't look that rough, it looks to have a blacked out nose panel and it has an m3 bumper/lip so it may have other mods. Those cars are cheap and easy to work on. Only issue is that it's a "TI", so it has the 168mm open, 4cyl and weird rear suspension.
