From those pics it does look like a Special, I am not familiar with old Buicks. I do know the air cleaner says Wildcat. I'll get some pics tomorrow.

Both the Specials are 65's.. can tell by the bumper.. Owned a 64 Special Rag Top..

Yep! 445 wasn't the cubic inch either, it refered to the torque rating of the engine. It's actually 401".

I've got a 455 in my rivi, it's 378hp and 512tq. Would be a lot more impressive if it wasn't in a 5,000lb car.
