Whats the story behind DJ Panther?

I can't find the original thread. Kid came on here and was a very unique character. In typical DFW fashion we abused him a bit and found he had a lot of "interesting" material on the web. He worked for Skip and Skip basically told us that while he was unique he is a good kid and we stopped. I still like to pose like him by cars that are not mine (one of his trademark moves).
