If a car is on fire you don't care what kind of injuries they have. It's priority to extract them before the fire can do any further damage. Those idiots were clowns and spraying as if no one was in the car.

That's what I figured. I mean hell, I could tell that was a dude hanging out of the car on that shitty video. It really looks like those guys had never tried to put out a fire in their lives, and had about zero training. That guy in the black clothes probably saved the drivers life.
