I just met one of these fuckers in my garage tonight and startled me. I was looking for something in my cluttered garage, and turned around and there he was right where I had just been standing. I stayed calm and just looked him over closely to make sure what he was. He got away before I could do anything about him. He's hanging out under my workbench behind some boxes that I can't get to. Looked to easily be 3 foot long. Still not a fan of them. I gotta remember to keep the damn garage door shut. He probably got in when I was out mowing.

He'll keep the rats out of there Frank. Good trade off...

True. But I don't think he wants to be cleaning up snake shits.

got a couple of snake questions for you guys. Couple of weeks ago I was down in Cleburne and almost for bit by a copperhead at Supreme. If I do get bit by a copperhead or a rattlesnake. Would it be better if I dial 911 and wait for them to come to me or should I get in my car and race up to the hospital in Burleson?

Stay calm and dial 911. You don't want to move around much if at all to help prevent the venom from spreading throughout your body and blood stream. If you're lucky, the snake won't inject any venom in the bite. Tie a bandage 2-4 inches above the bite. This will slow the blood flow and prevent venom entering your system.
