  • Turkey Testicle Festival

Every year we do a big turkey fry for our customers (some of you have heard/read me talk about it. Basically, customers bring us turkeys, we trim, clean, season, and fry while they hang out and drink, and we usually have a live blues band playing. Next year we are incorporating Turkey Bowling as well, and just may do something like this. I think this is awesome...

No, they bring in already processed turkeys like Butterball, Jenni-O, etc. When I say trim, I mean emptying the necks and gizzards, trimming the excess skin around the neck and butt, etc. I don't have the capacity to pluck, and truly process them. We cook about 300 birds over a span of two days, there just isn't time for that.

      I'll shoot you a pm.

Prepped how? They bring them the way the grocery store sells them. We do everything else.

              And Shepherds we shall be

For thee, my Lord, for thee.

Power hath descended forth from Thy hand

Our feet may swiftly carry out Thy commands.

So we shall flow a river forth to Thee

And teeming with souls shall it ever be.
