    Found this chasing the cattle...

    Walked outside and saw this fat little bastard chasing the calves around, so he met the .30-30. Through the heart at ~200yds, he dropped quick. He isn't all that big, but he weighs at least 220?lbs

            The only thing assumed was that the 30-30 was iron sighted, since most are difficult to add on a scope mount due to the ejection being on top of most of them. The rest is in his post.

                    Yep, my Grandfathers old Bolt Action, mag fed Rem was easy to scope...

                        Nice pig, but the story is full of bull shit.
                        I have a hard time believing 30-30 at anything over 100-150, and no way in hell that is a 200 lb hog, let alone a 250-300.
