Thanks and that's what I am hoping. I'm going to talk to him about it.

I don't used a brush anymore. I use the Simons x-1. I'm thinking maybe it was the way it was stretched. We'll see how it does and then do whatever needs to be done if it doesn't fade away.
Regardless, it looks great and is a very nice table. We have a 7 foot, and recently bought a ping-pong table overlay for it. I'll tear some shit up at ping-pong, but I need someone to play with . My Chinese wife hates ping-pong, which is ridiculous considering it's like....second nature to those guys.

i want a pool table so bad just dont have the space right now unfortunately. I've been playing on so many bar tables lately, i'd probably suck on a proper table with proper cues and balls...lol

Last time I felted mine I swore never again. The table itself wasn't bad, but the rails sucked ass...
I didn't do it. I hired someone. He took the rails home with him. When he showed up last night at 7 , we were done by 930.

                    Looks slow!

Sweet table. I would need to play for several weeks straight in order to hit those pockets on a 9ft. We play out of little bar boxes for the most part.

Hell, it takes me several games to get used to huge pockets on an 8ft after playing all these quarter tables.

I bought a smaller Valley bar pool table I found on Craigslist. I re-felted the slate and the rails. The bed was one-piece slate, the rails were the pain.

Wait, no getting it up the stairs to the gameroom was the REAL pain.

Haha. I play on bar tables twice per week and haven't played on my table much because of the condition it was in. My table seems like a damn footbal field right now, I figure I'll be straight in a week or so.

And no it's definitely not slow !!

And fuck putting a pool table upstairs !!

I remember helping move a couple downstairs at the bar I used to run. It was a BITCH.

Seeing that table makes me wish I had the room. I need to get a new shaft for my viking and get back into playing

For us, we did it disassembled and it really wasn't too bad. However, the bar pool tables have a one piece slate and that definitley was an exercise. We didnt stop there though. We moved a CD bubbler jukebox and a Creature from the Black Lagoon pinball machine up there as well.

                              We drank heavily afterwards.....
