LMAO at how they censored/blurred the facebook post on the screen, but they didn't censor her reading it. CNN is just trying to throw fuel on the national racism fire.

"Cracker" doesn't bother me. I don't know why, it just never has. When I was a kid, "white trash" really bothered me. We lived in subsidized housing for a couple of years, and my sisters and I were below any other "race" there, because white folks didn't have an excuse for having to live there. It wasn't really that bad, but it's been damn near 40 years, and I haven't been back since! ;-)

I am offended by this term because other people make such a big deal about terms that are related to them. If you are going to censor some then you need to do it all. Honestly, why censor at all if there is a ban policy in place, kind of defeats the purpose if you cannot commit the offense in the first place.
Go ahead Rick, I know you are going to call me a troll, pussy, bitch or one of your many original offensive titles that you like to assign certain people.Originally posted by Sean88gtYou can take white off the list. Most of the country and the Panthers seem to forget they were enslaved and sold initially by their own people and shipped off to Europe and north America. They also forget that white people also fought for their freedom seperating families on both sides of the lines. A lot of white people died in the Civil War in order to free blacks from slavery. Yet, no credit is given there because it's not convient to their freebie arguement.
It was a white majority government that freed slaves but yet all of us are still held accountable for something that none of us were here for. Society has guilted white people to feel guilty for our history focusing on the negatives and completely forgetting the positives.
Lately, in the last few decades it's become the easy escapegoat for the ignorant and uneducated to demand what they aren't willing to go out and work for because they repress their own dreams/desires rather go out to try.
The word "cracker" is tolerated as a slur because a majority of people don't want to deal with opposite kneejerk reaction that always envitably follows. Again, it's more ignorance because the word "cracker" was a word to describe a person who lives in Georgia "out in the sticks".
Racism is stupid.
