I just saw this posted on facebook. Pretty disgusting for so many people to take part in this and no one stepped up to stop it. There's a video in the link, can't embed it. Who knows what started the mess, but I feel sorry for the dude based on the facts presented so far.

Not surprised, Baltimore is a very dangerous city. Baltimore gets worse as you get away from the Harbor. I went there last summer with some people and we journeyed away and ended up on a bad block with some sketchy people. One of them was a homeless guy who said he was going to cut my balls off. I'm pretty sure we were around the courts or jail, but it was bad. This was middle of the day too. We quickly headed back towards the harbor, and were fine after that.

Oh and Baltimore is a SHITHOLE. As a young Marine we used to take the train there to party. Never realized how bad a decision that was until I got older and started to see the world a little better.

I remember living in MD/WV and people wanting to "party" in Baltimore. Never even crossed my mind as a good idea! Some crazy SOBs in that town.
