I have a Roth IRA that I started back in '98 or '99. Does that mean my AGI is less than $122k too? What if I haven't been able to contribute to said Roth IRA for many years. Does that change your answer?

OP, very nice and clean C5 FRC. I've debated picking up an FRC or C5 Z06 as a track day whore, but don't have a good place to store it and my wife isn't inclined to let me have two Vettes. Speaking of FRC, there is a guy I saw at TWS last year that had a very FAST FRC. It had a built 427, full suspension, weight reduction, Hoosier slicks, the whole nine yards. Man, it was fast. It worked my C6 pretty good, almost embarrasingly so.

That car sounds vaguely familiar to one that participated in the Big Bend open road race I believe he took the win in unlimited. My uncle was a instructor for him through a Drivers Edge event.

Yeah, it was a Driver's Edge event I saw him. He was running in the advanced group though, so not sure he would have had an instructor at any point in the recent past, unless he requested one or was new to Driver's Edge. He was a competent driver. Of course, I've realized lately I could probably use an instructor too. I've gotten pretty sloppy lately with my lines and divebombing corners.

This was for MSRcresson he hadnt been on the track so he was with him till he was confident with the course then was turned loose.

That car is pretty sick sounding when it screamed by us at BBORR I think he averaged like 168mph over the 61mile roadway.

oh man, i didn't realize you had another two pages of people combing thru your finances and investments.

I was simply making an observation based on the number of vehicles I counted in your picture (6) which, to me, is a shitload. Didn't mean to add fuel to the fire or eThug your ass for not owning the complete Suze Orman collection.

I get 32.9mpg on the freeway average in my coupe, coupes generally get a little better gas mileage than the FRC's.

Same here. I've just been enjoying cruising it when I can. I've been so easy on the car I haven't even turned off the traction control yet! haha.

It depends how much you use the throttle... I averaged 28.6 on way back from Springfield. took me 6 hours flat.

If you hypermile it or drive it a long way and dont get on it much, it will get 30+ easy... My problem is when Im in 6th I get bored and throw it down into 2nd or 3rd just to pass people.

Congrats on the new Mustang Steve! I bet its nice, I wish I could afford one. But I cant afford to make payments & mowing yards isnt steady income to stress making a $500 payment every month.

I hope one day down the road I can own a new car. But till then I will have to be happy with used cars & im happier then a pig in shit now.

Same problem I have. I still managed over 30 with the targa off going 89 back from san antonio. It's pretty tricky not to get 30mpg no matter what you're doing on the freeway.
