Have one of the guys at Five Star try and find you one equipped like that. If you like the 2013 bodywork better, it isn't very hard to swap, and I might be able to get you the parts at cost to do it.

I liked the '12 better, but the track pack and Recaro's had me sold.

That sounds good, aside from it being auto, premium, no 3.73's, and no Brembos.

I've got a couple different options on the table. I had thought about buying a wrecked '11 or '12 and swapping parts into one of my Fox body coupes, but I seriously want this body style. I know the fox would be lighter, but it's not what I want 100%.

I will have one. It will be mostly a track car. It will be competitive. It will be awesome!

Aside form the looks the Brembo and standard brakes are almost equal in stopping power, the auto will hande more power than the 6M, Mannys car is over 900hp with his A6. Leather, you need it over cloth for the easy clean up after roadhead.
And I can give you a way better deal than Skippy and his band of goons...

I bet the guys at Grapevine could find you one, if not new, then low mileage used.

Get a wrecked '11/'12 from an auction/Copart/etc and build it the way you want it if a trackday toy is your plan!

I'm working on getting more buying power for copart right now.

I found a couple flood damage cars in Florida for cheap, but I'm not sure how much damage was actually done.

I'd take wrecked over flood damage. Ideally, theft recovery.

I will be working closely all year with Mark Wilson @ Ford Racing as well as Motorsports Development Group, who are fielding a Boss 302R in SCCA World Challenge + select Grand Am races all year. I can probably give you some advice on what to buy and what to stay away from once you get a car and start setting it up for the track. Starting with a wrecked car is fine, just get it on a frame machine and get it straight before you start welding a cage or sfcs in it. Depending on how far you want to gut the car, a flood car is fine as 90% of the wiring will be removed if you gut the interior, install a race pack dash, etc.
