You'd be amazed at what visually impared people can do on computers.

I volunteer teaching computer to them. There are programs that assist with reading web pages etc...

I didn't read any related articles but I'm assuming he inputs data on where they want to go (Google if course) and the car takes over from there.

Nah, I've lived in several states. They are all the same.
