  • New toys for me... how did I ever get along w/o this wrench?

... the one with the blue tip

I'd done all of the floor pans & patching on the bronco w/ a Harbor Freight welder (at least it was their top of the line, allowing for shielding gas), but when I saw this Millermatic on CL, I jumped on it & sold the HF unit stat. The millermatic had a faulty wire speed control, so I bought it cheap & pulled the board out & had it repaired by a computer repair place for $40. (300 total investment) The oxygen/acetylene stuff I got today for $175, with 1/2 full tanks. Very happy. Went out & bought 18' of angle iron to build a welder cart I designed.

Damn this stupid photobucket account. I see them normal in the file, but when it uploads, it rotates them. DOH!
Ronald Reagan:"Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it."

Homer: "Bart...there's 2 things I know about women. Never give them nicknames like "jumbo" or "boxcar" and always keep receipts...it makes you look like a business man."

red wrench + blue wrench = awesomeness

like most essential items, you'll wonder how you ever did without them.

I've had my oxy/acc setup and my little miller MIG for about 10-12yrs and I can't imagine not having them

Best wrench indeed. I can't stand it when I don't have a torch handy. Nice deal on the miller, I have yet to move up to a quality mig of my own.
