The only time one airline is better than another is with which cities they go to (delta - ATL no thanks) and where the main hubs are. Best to pick one that goes to the places you need to go to one way and gain some miles. For me it was AA.

They are much different, from employee satisfaction to customer satisfaction. If the employees are happier, generally that will transfer over to the customer since they feel satisfied with what they are receiving in return for their services.
Either way, I'll fly AA until I can't for free anymore

I love how everyone forms opinions on airlines.

It happens at all the airlines, all day everyday. If it hasn't happened to you on another airline it will.

I meant to say I WILL never fly any other airline. Godamn people.

I fly several times a month. I have never had ANY issues with them. I've had more issues with United than I can shake a stick at. I had a flight cancelled and had to rent a car from Dulles and drive back to Pittsburgh last year. That was one of the worst times. Must be a regional thing.

That very thing has happened with me 3 times on US Airways, from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton to Philly and vice versa. Flights cancelled due to "storms", so I had to rent a car and drive to Philly (and vice versa) to catch my connecting flights, when there was absolutely no storm to be found. The same goes for everyone else in my company. ALL of our bad experiences with US Airways has been in your area. Yeah, I'd say it's Regional alright.

I just flew four different Delta flights to get to Dublin and back. Each of the flights had the gate changed within 45 minutes of departure. They need to get their shit together.
