Took my daughter fishing

Took my daughter fishing for the first time today. Didn't catch anything but She had a lot of fun. On a side note she's got one hell of a cast for a six year old!
We are going again tomorrow per her request.

Good job Dad! Awesome!!! I did the same thing w/ my kids on Saturday. HOWEVER, I had a trick up my sleeve. Bass Pro Shop, 11 - 1 pm EVERY Saturday, weather permitting. Kids fish free in their stocked pond. Bass Pro supplies EVERYTHING!!! My Son caught 3, or 4, my Daughter 1, and my Niece 1. Had a blast and REALLY got the fish'n fever!

You can fish at Cabela's as well, just have to sign a waiver. But I didn't see anyone catching anything in the pond there.

I can't stand fishing myself...too slow paced and I don't know the secrets to catching them. I may have to try the Bass Pro option...I wasn't aware of that.
