The SC kit from VF Engineering is about the best one out there...uses a Vortech head unit, and claims 120hp gain (at the wheels).

I think I'd go with a Renegade LS2/LS3 conversion instead....for a little more than the turbo kit above you could be packing a 6.2 and making about the same amount of power with virtually no added weight over stock....and no more ~$200 oil changes.
I toured their shop when I was out in Vegas for the SEMA show last year...really a class operation. They had some damned nice cars in the shop at the time...really seemed to have their shit together. They have the LSX transplants down to a science and have worked all the bugs out of their packages.
