  • Lowered my Mustang

    I got eibach pro damper sportline springs with struts and shocks, and maximum caster camber plates. I also added MGW shifter, Boss 302 intake and BBK longtube headers. I also got it re tuned again by Travis @ Gearheads and this time it made 425rwhp SAE.

      Looks good. Besides the lt's, do you have any other exhaust mods?

            The thread title was I lowered the Mustang. You posted all pictures of the car being lowered then the engine bay.

                      Those are the same mods I want to put on my black 12 GT. Looks good.

                          The car sounds really nice. I thought the magnaflow's was going to be really quiet but it has a nice rumble at idle and it's pretty loud at WOT. I've never ran an x-pipe before on any mustang I've had, so I don't know exactly what the difference there is between the two.

                            I think it depends on the combo of pipe and mufflers if they are chambered or not if it will sound good or "pop" on decels. We've got an xpipe and American Thunder catback on the Mach and it sounds amazing, but I've always preferred hpipes previously.

                            I saw a video on Youtube of a 12 with a hpipe and Flowmaster Classics and it sounded reallllly good. I bet it would sound even better with some longtubes like yours.

                              I was thinking about going with some flowmaster but the neighborhood I live in is kinda nice and I can see one of these rich pricks would call the cops on me coming in late at night.
