She just went crazy, seriously. She somehow got it in her head that evolution killed black people and when she asked the teacher about it, he said it didn't kill black people, and apparently that answer wasn't good enough for her.

Well, she asked, and the teacher didn't answer. I would imagine that he just didn't want to start her on some racism rant. So, since he didn't answer the first time, she asked again....4 or 5 more times, getting angrier each time she asked. Then she just exploded.
