Agreed, but at least the TPI can make stupid amounts of torque with a few mods.

89 is definitely a TPI...should be around 215-225hp. Thats a good looking T/A for the money. He didn't specify exactly what "needs work". Tranny is the 700r4 which is easy and cheap to build...and is usually whats wrong with them.
