It doesn't look like much yet, but it will settle over the next couple of weeks and probably give another quarter or half an inch.

I agree that it didn't drop as much as I expected, but it is slightly lower. I didn't do a before/after measurement, but I was counting a good 4 fingers above the rear tire and 3 above the front before it was lowered. Now, it's about 3/2...that's only about an inch front and back....I'd like to see it settle a little bit more, but I have no first hand experience on what to expect.

Yeah, I pulled the fox out of the garage to work on the '12 and I was suprised at how much of the garage it took up compared to the '91! It's WAY wider and a bit longer as well.

You're talking about the rubber pieces between the spring and strut or spring and perch on the back? So it'd just be spring on metal? Seems like that would cause noise or vibration or something....
