And most cops don't protect the public. They would rather sit around in their cruisers and eat jelly donuts giving out meaningless tickets. If cops focused on real crime I would appreciate them more, but they don't.

If this guy ever targets an officer without a sense of humor, he could go to jail for:

Sec. 42.03. OBSTRUCTING HIGHWAY OR OTHER PASSAGEWAY.
(a) A person commits an offense if, without legal privilege or authority, he intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly:
(1) obstructs a highway, street, sidewalk, railway, waterway, elevator, aisle, hallway, entrance, or exit to which the public or a substantial group of the public has access, or any other place used for the passage of persons, vehicles, or conveyances, regardless of the means of creating the obstruction and whether the obstruction arises from his acts alone or from his acts and the acts of others; or
(2) disobeys a reasonable request or order to move issued by a person the actor knows to be or is informed is a peace officer, a fireman, or a person with authority to control the use of the premises: (A) to prevent obstruction of a highway or any of those areas mentioned in Subdivision (1); or (B) to maintain public safety by dispersing those gathered in dangerous proximity to a fire, riot, or other hazard.(b) For purposes of this section, "obstruct" means to render impassable or to render passage unreasonably inconvenient or hazardous.(c)

I dont think this guy was trying to prank the police, I think he was trying to commit suicide by cops. Knowing full well that cops are murderous criminals, he most likely assumed that the first cop that saw him appearing to be urinating in public would kill him and plant a gun and drugs on his corpse.

We've met Matt....and I'm 40 exactly. I've done several ride-alongs with police and have several friends who are police officers and I've heard first-hand the kinds of shit they deal with daily. I considered going into law enforcement for several years..even did well on a civil service exam...but decided it was too much bullshit and not enough reward. I seriously respect MOST of you who wear the badge...I know its a tough job. While it really pisses me off when the stories surface of bad cops...it pisses me off more when people go out of their way to fuck with the decent ones who honestly try and do the right thing....even if its just for laughs...because while you are dealing with some stupid bullshit like this thread....someone down the street could be getting murdered or raped.

He didn't intentionally target cops. He has another video on the per prank that has cops and regular pedestrians. I think he just edited the cops out and dedicated a video just for them.
