Yeah, I essentailly have a tiny piece of metal making my exhausts just a bit quieter....I'd be way above their 96db limit.

If you happen to hit a pedestrian, the air cleaner is the least of their worries.
That's like saying the antenna is a stabbing hazard if someone falls on it.
