I usually hate Grabber Blue on anything but '70 Boss 302s... but that car looks great in that color. I'd keep it.

I think the other colors you listed would also look great too.

x2 on the chrome. that blue with a little chrome added would be sweet IMO.

Looks great as is. I would paint the brake calipers black.

If you are staying with blue, then I vote stick with the grabber blue. Otherwise just make sure you go with something that is period correct for that era….I’ve said it a million times before, one of the worst mistakes I’ve seen guys make is choosing a trendy current color for an old car. Something like Kona blue is a cool color and all, but it is representative of today’s hues and while it may look cool right now or for the next year or so, 5-years from now it will be reminiscent of a color that was popular 5 years ago…but on a ~50-year old car. With Sonic blue you'd have that problem right now...even worse 5-10 years from now.

Just think about all those guys back in the 90’s that painted their 1st Gen Camaro’s in that (then trendy) copper metallic color…now-a-days those cars are looking like dated 90’s restorations no matter how good a shape they are in….a color that was cool for a few years in the 90’s but now stuck on a car built in an entirely different era...and that sucks considering paint is one of the most expensive things to do.

If it's a car you're planning to keep around (or to hold the best value a few years down the road), then think through it carefully and think ahead.

I'd keep it grabber blue. Like Danny, I don't like it on many cars, but it looks good there. I will likely on a color change on the SVO soon, and am considering some of the same colors. It was originally charcoal, and is now white, and the previous owner did a crappy job, so any paint job is going to be a bitch.

                    Good luck.

I think a painted rear bumper would look good also.

Keep the grabber blue... If you're looking for a change, maybe try changing the stripe color. Just an idea.

I've considered a color match rear bumper and I'd like to add the thunderbolt teardrop hood with maybe a Mach 1 style black out. It's getting DD wheels on the back so that should toughen the look up.
