Welcome to the wonderful world of Tune Ports. I have found on those things to screw the book specs on all sensors and tune the sum bitch by hand.

Yeah im about to pull it off the trailer & start tinkering with it, Gonna shoot to have it on the road & driving by 2013 & get my Classic Tags

TBI does suck for top end but after having the problems I wish I was able to salvage the heads and cam. Mine is running super rich all the time and falls on its face on take off or when I stomp on the pedal. I lost the low end but gained great mid range as long as I initially roll into the throttle. They respond well to the Ultimate TBI mods and external bolt ons but don't do well with internal mods. I don't want someone else to have the same problems as I have had with mine even though the TBI swirl port heads and intake suck.

Yeah after hearing all your troubles I might just put these Vortec heads up for sale & just do some clean up on the TBI Bowl & focus on maybe getting the TBI Chip with a tube & rebuild freshen up my tranny & change my fluid. The stock converter on this 4L60 actually has some good get up & go
