  • Shop progress!

Getting excited. Got the shop cleaned and ready for paint. Got the lifts inside just need to bolt them down now. Had to clean a crap ton of hydraulic fluid up though. Everyone got sprayed as the rams dropped. LOL.
Big CH 5hp air comp is on the way, got strut compressor (hydraulic) and trans jacks on the way, new welder is ready to go, new jacks, air hoses, pressure washer and all that is in already. Just gotta coat the floor after the lifts are bolted in and paint the outside and we are ready to go.
Had an electrician check out everything and hes gonna run me an extra 220 line for the second lift since I bought two of them.
I cant believe I am almost there. Been a dream for two years now and I busted ass to get to this point. Cant wait till its painted and open, I am very excited.

I need a home shop that size, and one at work also lol, spend most of the year under the awning out front working. If it's real cold I clear 1 bay to work in

Won't it be a bitch to get a car on that lift closest to the wall at the angle it's on? Looks good though, good luck man, it's tough to keep a shop going with this economy

Lifts are not in place yet so they will be moved quite a bit.

Shop is in Golinda, about 10 minutes south of Waco

Did you go 12' side walls? Mark is going to put up a 30x40x12 with 10' awning next month for me.

In North Austin. I searched forever and used ones were $2000 each and only a few hundred more for new. So I figured I would buy one now and get another when funds allowed. I wanted to keep X ammount of cash as a saftey net. Then these turned up for $1250 each or $2000 for the pair. They have all new seals and one has a new motor. Cables are solid and no rust on the bodies. I do have to replace a drain valve though as it was cross threaded and leaking.
